I think we should all stop voicing opinions on what should be on the cover 
etc. During the years Jim was doing it, he decided on the cover, and his 
decisions were excellent. Now that Brian has stepped up to the plate, I 
think we should let him get on with it. 

As for e-books, yes, Blurbs offers those. I have just published one:
