I have not had an opportunity to look at Gene's hummer photo yet so I can't 
comment on it, but an Anna's Hummingbird in Gene's neck of the woods is very 
unlikely.  IMHO Ruby-throated Hummingbird, based only on geography, is the 
most likely species.
