Hi JIm,
The EM 1 is not as good at high ISO's compared to my Nikons but it does 
pretty well for its sensor size and the in camera stabilization lets you
hand hold down to about 1/10 - 1/20 so you don't need such high ISO in dark 
scenes. Over all a very good rig.

That is a fine image, Howard.  ISO 5000 seems to work out quite well on 
your EM 1.
