Subject: [Leica] Autofocus & battery life question

It would depend on what type of motors they use, ultrasonic or magneto type.
Most use the ultrasonic motors these days, and are more efficient. I do
not notice any difference in battery life between using my big 400/28 and my
24-70 Nikkor lenses, they still last a day or two of heavy use.

I have spares, too. My question is, since the 70-200 has 2 motors in
the lens, wouldn't it also have twice the battery drain?
