I have two copies of the M Bellows II - both have the lens mount square to 
the camera mount. I'd guess yours was either damaged or intentionally bent 
to allow for lens tilt (or swing). Either scenario translates to unfortunate 
- unless you can use the lens tilt (or swing).

I do miss the lens swing on the old Nikon F bellows - that was a gorgeous 
bellows. Wish I'd have kept it and adapted it to Leica mount.
