Subject: [Leica] The Coney Island Mermaid Parade (in 1996)

Since I didn't make it to the 2014 Mermaid Parade yesterday (we'll get
to experience it through Jim Shulman's eyes, never a dull thing), I
thought I'd dig through the archives today and post some scans from
the 1996 parade.
