 There is an interesting review of the state of digital photography in 
C-Net. It notes the ascendancy of cellphones for routine picture taking, the 
50% decline of the fixed lens share of the market, and the relative 
stability of high end interchangeable lens cameras. Fuji seems to have 
gotten it right, Canon not so right. It is a good read.
