You may find it harder to use on digital than film....

The f1 doesn't get all that close personally I covered myself but giving
myself plenty to chose from in any situation but I didn't really miss that
many shots with my 2 M6 rangefinders at f1.
People are always talking for years on the lug about how non viable the
Noctilux f1 has been. They say you canst use it like a normal lens. They say
you cant stop down. They say you cant focus. The list goes on and on.
I've found NONE of those things to be true with my own shooting. Not one.
The Noctilux f1 has long been a lens which people use very carefully for a
couple of years because they fully plan and selling it after a couple of
years. They just want to say they had one.... Been there done that. They
seldom have anything to show for it. Except some trumped up negative opinion
to justify trading it in for the newest body. Its mainly a way to tie up
some liquid assets with a red dot on it.
It's more fun than a stack of greenbacks..
It deserves more. As does the f .95
Both are a perfect match for the long standing Leica rangefinder system.
