On a Mac (assume same for PC):

Go to CC 'infinity' logo on toolbar > Arrow at top right > Preferences >
General > Sign Out. That is all, then sign in when needed again. I found
after I had logged on to two machines that when I was at my third it allowed
me to remotely log the other two out...

I feel a headache coming on.

I've been paying for two separate subscriptions; one covers my iMac at home
and my MacBookAir laptop and the other covers my Windows desktop at my
office. I obviously can't be using both the office Windows desktop and the
iMac at home simultaneously, since they are about 15 miles apart.

A simple first question: What does 'logging out' and 'logging in' entail?
That's not the same thing as deactivating, is it?

A second question: What are the odds Adobe tech support can help me solve
this issue?
