Herbert,
It was not meant for anyone personally, just a general statement, as most 
camera problems that I have seen in over 50 years of photography invariably 
tend to be human errors. I mentor quite a number of young photographers here 
in Chennai, and I see this sort of problems arising all the time.i did not 
mean to upset you, please accept my apologies for having inadvertently done 
so.
