Subject: [Leica] Leica Q in Berlin

I was able to get downtown West-Berlin today (To me Berlin is still a story
of two cities) and try the new Leica Q.
I had thought from the first report abut the Q that it is a winner. After
holding it in my hands, taking several photos with it,?I continue to feel
the same way about it.
I like that it is a dedicated lens, but that it has three options just as
the Tri-elmar does.?
On the negative side, I thought the lens seemed flimsier than I expected
while being lighter than I would have imagined.?
Autofocus seemed slower than I would like.
Too bad it does 't do double exposures like the fuji does. Menus remain
intuitive and easy to use. Canon could learn from this, but?that would mean
breaking decades long bad habits for them and other camera makers like them.?
I'd buy this camera, but not before it's been out a while and the buys get
worked out.
Cheers--Doug
