Hi Ted, 

Some of the shots were done with a 300 f/4.   the rest with a 70-200 2.8 
Can't really justify a longer lens than the 300.   A lot of the shots were 
done at 10000 Asa so I don't think an extender would do much good!  Couldn't 
afford to loose any more light!

This wasn't a paying gig, just something I like playing with when the 
opportunity arises.
