I think for me, and maybe for a lot of us, the stabilization feature is
secondary.  Short lenses obviously are not as needy as the long lenses.

I heartily agree that for an order of magnitude difference in price, some
rational thinking is required.  Everyone will have their own SL response....

Now, for half price, I am a convert !

Now to wait for used prices to drop......

Or Leica to introduce a EVF M... with microcells for WA lenses....

Or Nikon to introduce a EVF camera..... 

Or???????

This would be an 'icing on the cake' feature.  The stabilized sensor is the
nutrition my mom told me I should have before thinking about cake.
