Looks good. Parathas, unsalted butter and yogurt, followed by fruit, if
that is what it is, is a staple breakfast in North India as well. The best
I have eaten is in a truck stop on the highway between Amritsar and
Chandigarh in Punjab, India. The part of the world from the Levant to North
India has so many similarities, in language, culture, customs and food, all
probably mingled and stirred by being different stops on the ancient Silk
Route, that it should probably qualify as one country, if not for human
stupidity getting in the way!
Cheers
Jayanand
