Well, now that you have shown me both, I would say that for my own ends, I 
would lean more towards the less processed one. This will not surprise you 
or anyone else who has looked at my pictures over the years. But I do 
understand completely that in the stock marketplace which is your target 
here, this kind of photo with subtle, muted colors will not sell well. As I 
said earlier, your processed version has a nice, painterly feel to it, and 
IMO you have not overcooked the photo.

Anyway, remember Adams?s saying about the negative being the score and the 
print the performance. Nowadays, the RAW file is the score.
