Carlos,

To attempt to answer your question, I need to point out something that 
may be causing confusion for you.  The Gallery offers you the choice of 
adding "Items", which are single images, or, "Album", which can contain 
one or many images.  It appears that when you added your first two 
images, they were placed in an album, named Iberian borders, denoted by 
the "open book" icon preceding the title.  Both images are in this 
album.  The duplicate album contains no images, hence it has no 
thumbnail.  If I were you, I would delete the second, empty, album.

To me, it appears that you added your latest image as an "item", hence 
it stands alone.  This is what I do with most of my own images.  
Incidentally, this is a very nice image of the water.
