The fact that the rest of us do not is beyond intolerable and it is unacceptable. One might ask, why 8 weeks for a job that perhaps takes an hour or two? Really I don?t get it, except most of the time involved is not work time. My first sensor replacement in Germany took months until a friend I spoke with requested action, then it took a week.
