Thanks Sonny and Jim, I'll bear that in mind. I'm going into the city in the 
coming week to a couple of camera shops to look at all the A7 variants and 
to try to decide.

The max size of print I tend to get is 16x12 and most of my club competition 
prints are 12x8, so, in reality, pixels are probably not that important. I 
just want to have an interim full frame that I can use all my legacy lenses 
for a couple of years until I see how camera developments go and how the 
market evolves.
