When you get to St. George, look for the Mormon Temple in the  south end of
town.  If the clouds are right, go there!!!
Zion is rather tight... close in.....   There is a magnificent hill on the
road leading to the north part of the Park... it is covered in vertical and
horizontal striations ( think checker board in a warped plane).  Look for
it.

It's all about the clouds..... anywhere you go.......

We are getting ready to head south again in a few weeks, but will be taking
an inland route this time.  Way inland, like through Salt Lake City and then
down 15 to SoCal.  Hope to get some good skies around Zion and St. George.
