Subject: [Leica] IMG: How Banners are Towed

I had occasion yesterday to talk with a professional banner tow pilot,
watch him lay out his equipment, and photograph the banner pickup for a
four-hour tour above the Bonnaroo Music Festival.

The airplane is a highly modified Piper Cub, fitted with a 180 hp Titan
engine, replacing the original 65 hp Continental.

Here he snatches the tow line and begins a steep climb.

The banner unfurls as he climbs away.

Then he heads off to Bonnaroo to go to work.

Comments and critiques welcomed and appreciated.
