I agree with Tina, that the LUG and its people are a family, we have all been through each others ups and downs. But we stick together and help each other out. Yes many no longer use Leica, but the love of Leica is still there. I, myself, am down to just my M8 and 5 lenses, but I still use it along with my Nikons. But when traveling I mostly use the M8, it is still a great camera in spite of its limitations and being eclipsed by newer bodies, that unfortunately are out of my ability to own. I hope you stay.
