Several weeks ago, my feeders were assaulted by a night intruder,
probably a raccoon.? The only survivor was this old, rugged sunflower
seed feeder which has a rugged guard on the post.? I was unable to
entice him into a trap, so I left the feeders empty for a while, hoping
he would go away.? I filled this one a couple of days ago and the
Cardinals, both male and female, have kept it busy.
