It is the most awkward piece of equipment I have ever used (I've never tried to shoot a basketball game using the ground glass of Jim's 11x14 view camera, but I suspect it might be slightly less convenient to handle). Reliability. If you get one that works, it will keep working. The shutter sounds so strong you could probably use it to crop off the end of a cuban cigar before lighting it. It carries a strong chop. If the rangefinder works (mine does) it is perfect. If it doesn't work, it is probably almost impossible to adjust. There are a lot of little gears that need to be matched. Dante Stella has a write up on this somewhere. Light-tight? It suffers the same fate as all folders with bellows, no matter who makes them. The bellows can crack and leak out darkness. Mine works just fine. The big negative is wonderful. Here's one at a very slow shutter speed. It's in the Bessa album, but it is taken with the Moskva-5 http://gallery.leica-users.org/v/dlridings/Bessa-I/05v47_0009.jpg.html Some more ... http://gallery.leica-users.org/v/dlridings/album08/05v49_0018.jpg.html Another slow shutter speed shot (almost all my pictures are taken with slow shutter speeds, come to think of it) http://gallery.leica-users.org/v/dlridings/album08/05v47_0008.jpg.html If you search the archives for Moskva-5 and Slobodan, you will find some of his revealing comments about the beast.
