I recommend Martin Evening's LR3 book.  It's "only" 651 pages packed full of
helpful information.  His PSCS5 book is 745 pages plus a DVD!  Also very
helpful but I'm using that one more like dictionary to look up specific
topics.  The LR3 one you can go through like a textbook.  I couldn't begin
to know everything LR3 can do without it.
