[Leica] PESO: Hitch a ride

This is exactly what I do - any work I have within a 20 minute radius
of the house, I walk, irrespective of the weather (unless it is a
monsoon downpour). In addition, I play golf and go for extended photo
walks at the drop of a hat. Together with my five small meals habit,
it not only keeps my weight under check, but my blood sugar as well (I
am diabetic). I avoid sugar 100%, refined flour 95% and salt to a
great extent. All this was put into place around 20 years ago, and it
is a psychological lifestyle change - quite easy after a year or two
