Simple. Get a plastic M back cap. Cut a hole in it large enough to clear 
the rear of the lens. Then find a black bottle cap wide enough and deep 
enough to clear whatever amount of rear lens element protrudes through 
the M back cap. Epoxy the bottle cap to the rear M cap. Bingo, a custom 
rear cap for you Russar 20mm lens and adapter. I did this for my Canon 
19/3.5 SM lens plus adapter and it worked fine.
