First an explanation to all. I am currently traveling in Asia. Before
leaving for Japan last Monday I downloaded my emails, including the ones
from this group, and then read them on the plane.

I drafted my reply on the plane and then once I was able to connect to the
net retrieved my emails again..... about 2.5 days later. My cued-up
responses were therefore sent even before I was able to read new traffic.

It's now another day or so later and I've just read Mr. Hodges message to
me, as partially quoted above.

Let me say to all that I regret that I appeared to be prolonging this
discussion unduely. That was never my intention! Anyhow, as far as I'm
concerned it's now ended, and I hope that Mr. Ward was not offended by
anything I said.

As for your comments Mr. Hodge.... really sir! Would you speak to me this
way if we were having this dialogue in a public place? My teenager talks
like this to his friends.... I don't expect this from what I assume are
mature adults. Disagree with me if you will... tell me you don't like what
I've said or done, but please don't engage in such rudeness. It's
unfortunate that instead of civil discussion, and even disagreement, one has
to resort to this.

As you said, let's return to photographic discussions.
