LUGgers,

A friend of mine from Poland just informed me of an interesting development.
He dropped his Yashica 124G on the ground. This unfortunate event resulted
in a dent and internal damage.

Upon opening up the patient, he found a grain of rice. He claims that the
original assembler did the job while having lunch.

To me, this is clear evidence of craftsmanship. Who said that Kyocera
(Yashica, Contax) was not the equal of Leica?

(Privately, I wonder what he would be likely to find inside a Rollei 2.8F.)

Best regards,

Chris
