4.5/135 Hektor and 4.5/200 Telyt, I believe, are the best for this, though
the 5/400 Telyt (first version) might work as well.  I suspect this ended
when the revised long lenses starting being produced (4/135 Elmar, 4/200,
4.8/280, and second version of the 5/400 Telyts).

In any event, it's easily checked.  I don't know about the 90 Elmar -- I
believe it only has a 5cm or 6cm image circle.
