Pentax used to make them going both ways. I have 2 of each, but unfortunately I use them, so they are not for sale. The 'A' adapter allows mounting Leica TM lenses on Pentax M42 cameras, and the 'B' adapter allows mounting Pentax M42 lenses on Leica TM (or M, with adapter) bodies. I used one of the latter initially to mount a Pentax fisheye on my Leicas, but now use the Leitz made 22232 adapter. * Henning J.
