What amazes me is not the 9 electrical contacts in the lens mount, but the
fact that the R8 has a total of 43 electrical contacts; I counted them (yes
I know I need to get a life).

	5  - in the flash shoe
	7  - to read the DX film speed code
	9  - in the lens mount
	10 - to talk to the camera back
	12 - to talk to the motor drive/winder

How much could the camera and motor drive have to say to each other?
