I have never noticed any edge definition problems with my Summilux.  Nice
lens, albeit heavy.  This is of the new (current) optical design.  The
chrome mount is now becoming rare and collectors are seeking these.

Between the two Summicrons, my personal choice would be the earlier one, as
I find this lens to be a better picture-taker than the later ones.  Others'
experiences differ, however, and Erwin Puts, noted optical tester, has
posted a note indicating that he found the current version Summicron to be
the best performer of all.
