I just bought Brian Bower's book on Leica M Photography.  Many of the
pictures in the book were taken using a 21/2.8 M.  I was very surprised
that very little distortion was visable around edges.  Normally, with a
very wide angle lens one would see barrel distortion with straight lines
near the edges of the picture. Is this lens really this good?
