Subject: [Leica] DS to SS converted M3

About the M3's which were originally DS (double-stroke film advance)
but later factory-converted to SS (single-stroke):

(1) Are there many such M3's in the 2nd-hand markets?
(2) How's their price comparing to DS M3 and SS M3?
