I can sympathize.  I am a retired Electromagnetics Engineer that helped
design the 777.  It really irritated me that I had to account for TV's
and online purchasing and other passenger entertainments.  I expected
the appreciative passengers to simply sit quietly in their seats, maybe
reading a book or magazine, as they experienced the wonder of cruising
quietly and efficiently at 40,000 feet.    Dale
