Tom,
In the late 1970's I had a red 1957 MGA, but I sold it after three years, as
I had to fill up oil in the leaking frontal shock absorbers every day. If I
didn't do that, driving it was like riding a horse. And a wire-driven
tachometer...

However, I am curious about the Leica MP:s in those days. Were they
exclusive and hard to find? Did you favor the M2 finder later on? Well, I
guess that If you have kept the MP:s until now, you could easily swap them
for another British sports car, maybe a Healy 3000 (my dream car from those
days).
Today we +2 C on the Swedish west coast, an unusually mild winter. (No
parcel from Finland yet)
