You need a 14127 or 14167 adapter.  The first was marketed in the 1960's
for the original Leicaflex;  the first 14167 was for the SL and SL2.  These
are available used for between $100 and $200.  Then there is the current
14167, introduced with the R3 and still available new for $200 or so from
Leica, hefty price for such a simple adapter.
