Actually, Photoshop can keep up to 5 versions in memory at one time, thus
for a 20 meg file, minimum is 100 megs over what the OS needs. For NT 4.0,
which needs 32 megs to run well, that means 128 megs would be a minimum
with that size file. But 20 meg files are only needed for high quality
pre-press, or archiving.
