Hello luggers,

I've used a R5 on which the plastic had been left on the base plate. After a
while, it began to introduce some electrolytic reactions that cause the
black painting (or whatever it was) to turn green! Moreover, the gold
contacts for motor drive were also getting oxydized. So It might be worth to
remove it.
