The 'R.h.' is probably a 'rot-hell', or dark red, filter, Leitz
FEOOG/13050;  the 'SL' is 'sky light', perhaps a Leitz FISKF/13075.  The
Yellow 1 filter is probably in 'E36' (36.6mm thread) for the Summitar;
this would be Leitz GBWOO/13085.
