I was not sure whether to add anything to this thread, as I have never bought
anything from Don, and don't know what the policies are of other US camera
dealers are, but after reading his replies I thought that I should.

I once emailed Don about a camera. He replied very quickly, and his candor
regarding the camera stopped me from making a purchase I may have regretted.
Never has this happened before. Often in camera shops the people either try to
convince me to buy something, or ignore me. Don did neither.

I think even those who were unhappy after dealing with Don managed to recommend
him. Go back and read them if you can, thinking about what is being said
rather than the tone of the saying. Even the worst complaints demonstrate his
integrity, and show that he is more than fair.
