Subject: [Leica] Flexhead

LUGs:

I purchased from my camera dealer yesterday a unique (at least I've never
seen it) head for use on my monopod. It is called a Flexhead (Bogan) and it
is a two inch tall stiff rubber head that screws into the top of the
monopod and had a tripod screw on top for attaching a camera or lens.

The head can be twisted up, down and side to side a little by applying
pressure to it with the camera or lens. It seems like it may be most
useful. While it will not allow for verticals when attached to a camera, I
see it as most useful with long tele lenses which allow the lens to rotate
on the tripod mount.

Perhaps worth a look next time you are at your Bogan dealer.

Cheers!
