No.  Things can look good in the viewfinder, but may still be off.  This
was happening with my old M6 a few years ago.  I first noticed it when
shooting wide open with my 75.  I was consistently getting the actual focus
a few feet in front of where I had focused the rangefinder.  I had the
camera adjusted, and it has been fine ever since.  But the *vertical*
mis-alignment, though annoying, is usually not critical in terms of
focusing accuracy, and is easy to correct, I believe.
