Well, below is a post from the Rollei list from Peter Kotsinadelis, who
says he talked with people at Hasselblad himself:

Well, spoke with the Hasselblad folks and found out that the camera is
actually joint venture between Hasselblad and Fuji.  The Hasselblad
lenses are made by Fuji lenses (meeting Hasselblad quality standards of
course).
Suppose to be quite a nice performer.  Hope to get information on it
soon.
