For what it's worth, I've seen at least three in the past few months.

However, a possible explanation is that by the time the photo gets to
print, many of the advantages of these nice optics are lost in the
quality of the newsprint.  The resolution simply isn't that great, and
poor registration ends up separating the colors a bit, etc.  At least
in my local area, most papers work with negatives that have been
adjusted for contrast and sharpness via PhotoShop (etc.).  In the
end, image quality ends up being relatively poor.
