Just to add to Jim's note: I have seen second-hand Rapidwinders a couple of
times in shops here in Belgium and also in the Netherlands, so I would assume
it should be possible to find one in France as well. Shipping from Canada to
France would unfortunately arouse the interest of French customs officials with
the consequent import duty and VAT increasing the price by 25% or so.
