Subject: [Leica] 24mm AsPH with gogles?

Goggles questions...

The goggles were used to convert the 50 mm framelines of the M3 to 35 mm
angle of view, is this true?
If it's true, 50 x 0.7 = 35 (I guess it's true!) so the goggles are just a
x0.7 adapter, right?
So if we add the goggles to a 24 mm modified to brigh the 35 mm frame on M2,
we should get :
35 x 0.7 = 24.5 so real close to 24 mm should be 98 % of the field!
Am I right?
Please tell me!
If it's true, It would be a great deal to add goggles on the 24mm Asph
especially for those, who, like myself don't like additionnal finders!
