For EI=100 film you expose at EI=50.  But do not half the developing time.
Multiply the developing time for your temperature by 0.85 to get the actual
developing time.  For e.g. if your recommended developing time is 10
minutes, the actual time should be 10 x 0.85 = 8.5 minutes.
