Yes, I am beginning to wonder what the people in Solms are doing nowadays. I
have had a M6TTL 0,85 on order since before Fotokina, and although the
Scandinavian Leica representative tells me they have two parallell assembly
lines in Solms (R and M), they still have not managed to deliver more than
one single TTL-unit to Sweden.
I am still waiting, and I sometimes wonder if they are going to deliver at
all. The Leica representative has called the factory people, but it seems to
be impossible for him to get any delivery dates whatsoever.
How can a modern factory and sales organization be run in this way?

I don't think most people are willing to wait as long as me, and this should
hurt M-sales a lot. After all, they stopped production of the old model
before summer.

Well, well, it is Saturday evening. I will calm myself down with a whisky...
If they don't deliver before Christmas I will cancel my order anyway, as a
matter of principle.
