Yup. Hell, a Leica is just a camera. A fine camera, but just a camera. I was never overwhelmed by them, I have always just used them. I no longer get excited when I buy something with the Leica name on it, it is just a tool. I am amazed at those who seem to feel the need to shout from the roof top and to the LUG List that they just bought this or that camera and lens, adding the serial numbers to the post as though that really makes a difference. Like all the comments about the Noctalux. I used this lens some time ago, and I never found it to be as great a lens as some do. It is a fast lens, heavy, big and with less than desirable depth of field wide open. Just another lens. But that's OK as well. I wait till someone posts something interesting, something about a rarity or a unique camera, but not everything they buy that is both common and pedestrian. I'll go first. I own 2 sets of Leitz Projection Lenses that are matched. The lenses were custom made, in non-standard barrel sizes and carry their own serial numbers. These items were made 30 years ago. They are one of a kind Leitz items, not listed anywhere. RM
